W Family Sneak Peek ~ Athens, GA Children's Photography

I love capturing the adorable grins of sweet little preschoolers like this one! Once she warmed up to me, we couldn't keep her from smiling. Her mom brought a bouquet of flowers for a few of the photos, but ended up using them as a tool to get her to laugh. She was so much fun to photograph! Thanks, W Family, for letting me capture this time in your lives...I had a great time!

Through the Eyes of a Child ~ Athens, Georgia Children's Photographer

Through the eyes of a child, everything seems more amazing and wonderful. Like during my session with these adorable twin toddlers, everything made them laugh and smile. I had so much fun capturing their personalities on camera! They just celebrated their 2nd birthday, and you can really tell because their energy is endless! We played with bubbles, a wagon, cars, a ball, and anything else around that looked interesting (like the flower below). I had the pleasure of photographing them for the 1st birthday as well, and they've grown up so much since then (photo from 1st year session below). This time, we even got big brother and sister to hop in a few of the pictures too. I love seeing the world through a child's eyes and through their smile and laughter.

Here are the twins last year just after they turned 1 year old. Precious then and now!!

Product Spotlight: New Gallery Mounted Storyboards ~ Athens, Georgia Photography

I recently ordered a custom designed storyboard for a client in my new gallery mounted option, and I absolutely LOVE it! I love the way storyboards can literally tell a story of the special moments and relationships between family members. There are many sizes and design options to choose from and I will custom design it to meet your needs. The new gallery mount storyboards feature the custom photo design mounted on a wooden frame with a nice beveled edge. They come ready to hang or to display on an easel (easel sold separately).

Prices will remain the same on these storyboards for now (starting at $95), but will be increasing very soon! Email me if you have any questions or if you would like to order your own custom designed storyboard!!

A Country Boy can Survive ~ Newnan, Georgia Children Photography

This adorable country boy had so much fun on the farm! And, on a sentimental note, these photos were taken on the farm where this adorable toddler's parent's got married just several years ago. Check out the sneak peek of his session!

New Proof Books ready for the Holidays ~ Holiday Promotion

As a photographer who is also a mom, I try to offer products that I know I will order and give as gifts. This awesome, new Proof Book is definitely one of those. And, the rounded corners give it that extra special touch. I can't wait to order one of these full of photos of my toddler!! I'm sure the grandparents will love them!

Smiles and Giggles

It was such a pleasure to take photos of this family last week. These precious girls were full of smiles and giggles which made my job much easier. I think I ended up taking around 500 photos! :) And, there were so many good shots that I had a difficult time narrowing it down to these few for the blog. We were able to capture a few candid moments too in between the more "formal" portrait shots. I love the timeless feel of the black and white images and how one is able to get a glimpse of their immense love for one another. Thanks for a marvelous morning, M family!
